Convictions: Sept. 9-15

—Sean Thomas Edward Higbee, 36, of Mankato was sentenced to 15 years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony fourth-degree drug possession with intent to sell a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison. He received credit for 44 days served.

—Matthew Michael Lewis, 31, was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $500 in fines.

—Garrett Dean Lukes, 26, of Austin was sentenced to a staggered jail term of 210 days in jail, to be served in 30-day increments (unless certain conditions are met), by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony first-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must serve seven years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 36 months in prison.

—Joseph Alan Raygor, 36, of Rochester was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test or blood or urine as required by a search warrant. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for seven days served.
