Travis Donald Chadbourn, 36, of Owatonna was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result n 18 months in prison. He received credit for 86 days served.
Michael David Jackson, 44, of Rochester was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. His sentence is scheduled to begin on Dec. 26. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in an additional 150 days in jail. He received credit for three days served.
Robert James Magobet, 33, of Albert Lea was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test; blood or urine as required by a search warrant. He must follow a few conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 18 days served.
James John Mentz, 29, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-any amount schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 36 days served.

Jonathan David Wigham, 36, of Blooming Prairie was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony terroristic threats. He must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $175 in fines. He received credit for three days served.
