—Claire Elizabeth Austin, 21, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions.

—Isela Esmeralda Ayala, 21, of Austin was sentenced to four years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm-alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more. She must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $3,085 in fines. She received credit for 14 days served.

—Jessica Jeane Ehmke, 34, of Hayfield was sentenced to three years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions. She received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation from Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle while body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs. She must perform 90 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for seven days served.

—Alicia Yevtte Evans, 31, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol. She must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for three days served.

—Isaiah Michael Olson, 20, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not a small amount of marijuana. He must perform 50 hours of community service, follow a few conditions and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for two days served.

—Samantha Jo Peterson, 30, of Stewartville was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-any amount of schedule I/II drugs. She must follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for two days served.

—Stephanie Anne Pruitt, 48, of St. Paul was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony machine guns and short-barreled shotguns. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison. She received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation from Daily for felony receiving/possession a firearm with an altered serial number. She must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison.

—Kenneth James Rice, 56, of Taopi was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions. He received credit for three days served.

—Lisa Marie Sheehan, 53, of Adams was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony theft by swindle-more than $35,000. She must pay $50 in fines.

She received five concurrent sentences of one year of probation from Daily for two counts of felony theft by swindle-more than $5,000, felony check forgery-offer or possess with intent to defraud-more than $35,000, and two counts of check forgery-offer or possess with intent to defraud-more than $2,500.
