A section of Fourth Avenue Northeast, from City Hall to the Cedar River Bridge, will be closed for maintenance work beginning Monday, July 23.
Work crews will be doing water main and storm sewer work associated with the flood levee. Public Works Director Steven Lang said the closure will last for about one month.
