The Austin Post 91 Legion team made a run at the Alexandria Tournament over the weekend, but fell out of contention after making it to the final four.

Austin defeated Ham Lake 7-3 late Saturday night to make the final four with Phillip Zynda leading the way at the plate with a. 3-for-4 effort, knocking in two runs.

But Austin could only muster one run the following day when it lost to Shakopee 4-1. Hunter Guyette hit a solo home run to account for Austin’s lone run. Josi Both when 2-for-3.
