The Austin Post 91 Legion baseball team split a doubleheader with the Rochester Redhawks to open the season in Seltz Field Tuesday.

Austin (1-1 overall) beat the Redhawks 3-2 in the opener and it dropped the nightcap 9-8.

Austin won the first game when Hunter Johnson hit a walk-off double.
