Mower century farm will be honored this year

The Minnesota State Fair and Minnesota Farm Bureau has announced 131 Century Farms that will be honored this year.
Among them is a Mower County Farm belonging to the Hartmann Family Farm that was established in 1915.
Qualifying farms have been in continuous family ownership for at least 100 years and are over 50 acres.
Families receive a commemorative sign, as well as a certificate signed by Minnesota State Fair and Minnesota Farm Bureau presidents along with Gov. Mark Dayton.
