Grady Lee Gabbard, 57, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk. He must perform 300 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $160 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison.

Emily Le, 35, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor malicious punishment of a child. She must follow a few conditions and pay $100 in fines.

Shirleen Kathrine Voigt, 22, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $175 in fines.

Samuel Mejia Garcia, 33, of Austin was sentenced to 94 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct-significant relationship-under 16-multiple acts.

Gumdel Nygare Gilo, 20, of Austin was sentenced to 15 months in prison by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 365 days in jail from Siefken for gross misdemeanor violation of domestic abuse no contact order. He received credit for 114 days served.

Lyna Ann Tschann, 38, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $900 in fines.

Jeremy James Gilbert, 31, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree assault. He must perform 300 hours of community service, follow several conditions, and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison.
