The Austin boys golf team wrapped up its season without sending any golfers to state at the Section 1AAA finals at the Jewel Golf Club in Lake City Wednesday.

Austin senior Noah Bawek shot an 80 and he finished in 29th place overall, sophomore Jordan Wilson shot a 94 and he took 43rd overall and senior Jacob Halsey shot a 103 to take 48th.

“I am happy that I got to spend another day on the course with two of three Varsity seniors,” Austin head coach Matt Raso said. “They are great young people who will go on to be successful adults and feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to get to know them for the past four to five years. They will be missed.”
