Bailey was able to get in front of her on First Drive Northwest, exited his truck and started banging on her window, according to Krueger. The woman did not roll down the window and was able to drive past him when he got back into the truck. She pulled her vehicle into the Wells Fargo parking lot and officers stopped Bailey as he tried to drive away on First Drive Northwest.
