CLOQUET — The Austin Bruins are moving on, taking the opening series in the playoffs over the Minnesota Wilderness on the heals of a 5-3 win Saturday night.

A night after the Wilderness handed Austin its only loss of the tournament, the Wilderness appeared to pick up right where they left off with an early goal in the first.

But Austin responded with two goals later in the period from Evan Cholak and Dante Sheriff.
