Cody Dean Plank, 25
Plank was arrested on Feb. 27, 2017, for vehicle and driving violations. The arresting officer learned from the Minnesota Department of Corrections that Plank was a registered predatory offender, but had not registered a 1999 Dodge Ram pick-up truck he had purchased a month prior. The officer had seen Plank driving the vehicle earlier that day.
A review of Plank’s criminal history shows prior convictions for disorderly conduct, domestic assault, violating a domestic abuse no contact order and criminal sexual conduct.
Plank will be sentenced on June 1.
