Melissa Ann Frost, 39, of Bricelyn was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana. She must serve five years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $185 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison. She received credit for 39 days served.
Evan Jon Hill, 25, of Rose Creek was sentenced to 15 months in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony possession of pornographic material involving a minor. He must pay $85 in fines.
Nina Marie Jarrett, 33, of Brownsdale was sentenced to 365 days in jail by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony first-degree DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test. The sentence is staggered, meaning she can serve the time in segments that may be deferred should she be compliant rather than as a whole. She must serve seven years of probation and follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 42 months in prison.
Corry Dexter Kranz, 27, of Austin was sentenced to 88 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony second-degree sales of 10 grams or more of a narcotic other than heroin within a 90 day period. He must pay $1,165 in fines.
He received a concurrent sentence of 15 months in prison from Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana.
He received another concurrent sentence of 19 months in prison from Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession.

Richard Steven Trigilio, 57, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree drug sales. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 27 months in prison.
