Jeffrey L. Ditlevson, 54, of Mantorville, Minnesota, passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, at his home.

Service: Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018 at the Community Celebration Church in Kasson, Minnesota.

Visitation: From 4-7 p.m.. on Tuesday, Feb. 27,  at the Community Celebration Church in Kasson, and will continue from 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday prior to the service.

Interment: St. Columbanus Cemetery in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota.
