—Shovan Hustin Brown, 27, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 27 days served.

—Robin Louis Minette, 33, of Lakeville was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony terroristic threats. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 27 months in prison.

—Lisa Marie Musolf, 55, of Waltham was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in one year and one day in prison.

She received a sentence of 30 days in jail from Kritzer for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. This sentence will not be enforced until a review hearing on March 5 and will be stayed if she tests clean during her three times a week check-ins. She must serve three years of probation and follow several conditions. She received credit for one day served.

—Jacob Michael Storlie, 28, of Rochester was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.

—Aubrey Lee Ushera, 41, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk. He must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison.

—Derik Lee Winter, 31, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor intentionally disseminating private sexual images without consent. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.
