—Lisa Marie Musolf, 55, of Waltham was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in one year and one day in prison.

She received a sentence of 30 days in jail from Kritzer for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. This sentence will not be enforced until a review hearing on March 5 and will be stayed if she tests clean during her three times a week check-ins.
