The Hayfield boys basketball team lost to Cannon Falls (5-12 overall, 2-7 HVL) 65-50 in Hayfield Tuesday.

Luke Dudycha had 14 points for Hayfield (1-16 overall, 0-10 HVL) and Mason Tapp added seven points as he recovers from an injury.

Hayfield was within 41-39 in the second half, when the Bombers posted eight straight points.
