—Valerie Rae Jacobsen, 40, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor fourth-degree assault on a peace officer. She must follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for 74 days served. She received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation from Siefken for gross misdemeanor stalking-repeatedly making telephone calls, sending texts, or inducing victim to make calls. She must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for 71 days served.
—Wesley Robert Koball, 24, of Grand Meadow was sentenced to three years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions.
—Collin Dennis Kozak, 22, of Austin was sentenced to three days in jail by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana. He must serve five years of probation, perform 100 hours of community service and follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison.
—Barbara Jean Maly, 58, of Austin was sentenced to 20 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony terroristic threats, reckless disregard risk. She must serve five years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $3,085 in fines. She received credit for 20 days served.
—Rodger James Montgomery, 62, of Austin was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony soliciting a child to engage in sexual conduct through electronic communication. He must serve three years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. He received credit for 71 days served.
