The Austin wrestling team beat Rochester Century (4-11 overall, 2-7 Big Nine) 54-26 on the road Thursday.

Moo Thaw picked up a 12-1 major decision for Austin (5-6 overall, 2-4 Big Nine) at 126 pounds, Cole Carter picked up a pin at 160 and Kaden Igou picked up a pin at 182.

“Moo Thaw did a nice job. He was dynamic on his feet and he showed mental toughness,” Austin head coach Jer Osgood said. “Kaden is improving for has and he’s been quick on his feet and Cole has improved immensely this season. He is willing to do whatever needs to be done to make this team more successful.”

Aiden Wilson, Josh Belden, Chance Brady, Phillip Zynda, Isaac Arjes and Eli Marks all won by pin for the Packers.
