Austin boys hockey team falls to Red Wing
The Austin boys hockey team couldn’t hold on to an early lead as it lost to Red Wing (3-12 overall, 3-4 Big Nine) 4-2 on the road Tuesday.
Kaleb Ree and Jacob Halsey scored first period goals to put the Packers (5-9-1 overall, 1-5-1 Big Nine) up 2-0, but the Wingers scored three third period goals to take the game.
Ryan Flanders had 37 saves for Austin and Ben Stark, Tyler Hoban and Bryar Flanders each had one assist.
