Vigeland’s big night leads BP boys past Medford

The Blooming Prairie boys basketball team beat Medford (0-2 overall, 0-1 Gopher) 70-57 in BP Friday.
Karson Vigeland poured in career-high 23 points to go with 15 rebounds for BP (2-2 overall, 1-0 Gopher) and Jake Ressler had 10 points and 14 rebounds.
Four players reached double figures in scoring for the Awesome Blossoms.
“We have faced a lot of adversity early this year and the boys responded as well as could be expected,” BP head coach Nate Miller said. “The balanced scoring and the way we shared the ball was the best it’s been in a long, long time. So many boys to be proud of tonight. They found their focus and found a way to get it done.”
