Jon Harlan Carlson, 42, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, passed away Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, at Mayo Clinic Health System–Mankato.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie with Pastor Heidi Heimgartner officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie and will continue on Friday for one hour prior to the service.

Interment: Interment will follow in the Blooming Prairie Cemetery.
