Customer Service Rep

Produce State Bank, Hollandale, MN has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Previous financial experience a plus, excellent benefits and Saturdays on a rotational basis.

Primary responsibilities include processing customer transactions and providing prompt, courteous and efficient customer service within established guidelines.

Performs wide range of services including deposit account opening, servicing and maintenance (account reconciliation), including checking and savings accounts, plastic cards, CDs, IRAs, address changes, stop payments, account closings, transfers, process check orders and assist with problem resolution.

Duties may include various day to day operational, clerical and routine tasks as assigned by management.

Secondary responsibilities include providing support to Lenders and Management.

Duties include: answering the telephone, routine questions and solving problems involving all bank departments, ensuring proper booking and maintenance of loans, tracking and monitoring portfolio on an ongoing basis for compliance, position, documentation exceptions, overdrafts, accounting, maintenance of files and reports, delinquencies, preparing financial and profitability reports and loan reports; producing and maintaining tickler report and default reports.
