—Anthony Bynum, 52, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

—Isaac John Christianson, 21, of Mankato was sentenced to 20 years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree sales of a narcotic. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.

—Carlos Davilla, Jr., 48, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for three days served. He received a consecutive sentence of 30 days in jail from Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI-refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in an additional 150 days in jail. He received credit for 15 days served.

—Anne Nicole Hammero, 34, of Austin was sentenced to one year and one day in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony financial transaction card fraud. She must pay $514.18 in fines. She received a concurrent sentence of 201 days in jail from Daily for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud. She received credit for 201 days served.

—Christopher John Marcks, 25, of Brownsdale was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony terroristic threats. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.

—Robert James Matras, 45, of Inver Grove Heights was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must serve one year of probation, perform 50 hours of community service and pat $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in an additional 275 days in jail. He received credit for 15 days served.

—Andrew Scott Mueller, 32, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow a few conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for one day served.

—Steven Alan Reuter, 49, of Stewartville was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Casandra Leanne Rodriguez, 28, of Austin was sentenced to 10 years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions, and pay $135 in fines.

—Ronald Thomas Waller, 51, of Brownsdale was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow two conditions and pay $185 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received a concurrent sentence of one year of probation from Kritzer for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property. He must follow two conditions and pay $185 in fines.. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.
