The LeRoy-Ostrander boys basketball team made a strong second half surge as it beat Houston (1-2 overall, 1-2 SEC) by a score of 83-64 in LeRoy Friday night.

The Cardinals (2-1 overall, 2-0 SEC) saw a first half 20-point lead reduced to 13 points at halftime, but LO rallied to lead by as many as 31 in the second half.

Seth Royston scored a career-high 31 points to lead LO and Trey Hungerholt had 13 points, eight rebounds, 12 assists and seven steals.
