The Packers advanced swimmers to the finals in 10 events at the Section 1A preliminary meet in Rochester Wednesday.

Abby Schammel took fourth in the 100-yard butterfly for the Packers.

The Austin 200-yard freestyle relay team of Molly Garry, Zoe Dolan Peterson, Kristina Thorson and Shannan Kelly took seventh and the 400-yard freestyle relay team of Garry, Thorson, Sierra Leichtnam and Kelly took eighth.

Austin’s divers will compete in the finals on Friday.
