—Christopher James Boettcher, 50, of Austin was sentenced to 180 days in jail by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession-subsequent offense. He must serve five years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 86 days served.

—Nyabang Gathak Diang, 24, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for two days served.

—Otha Vontrell Dunbar, 37, of Spring Valley was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony domestic assault. He must perform 125 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison.

—Adelaido Rosales Hernandez, 34, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fourth-degree assault on a peace officer-demonstrable bodily harm. He must follow several conditions and pay $459.70 in fines.

—Shelly Marie Jax, 37, of Rochester was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony violating restraining order. She must follow two conditions.

—Cham Obang Oman, 18, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm. He must perform 100 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.

—Larietta Jo Sauer, 38, of Rochester was sentenced one year of probation by Judge Christa M Daily for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-refusal to submit to a chemical test as required by a search warrant. She must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Antonio Lamonte Smith, 43, of Austin received an amended sentence of five years of probation from Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony violating harassment order. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. He received credit for 123 days served.

—Lora Jean Wurst, 34, of Wykoff was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of her license-inimical to public safety. She must follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines.
