Bruins snap a three-game skid with a win over Bismarck

The Austin Bruins snapped a three-game losing streak when they beat the Bismarck Bobcats (8-6-2 overall) 2-1 on the road Friday.
Alex Schilling, who is from Medina, stopped 24 of the 25 shots he saw in net for Austin (5-6-1-2 overall).
Kaiden Scott, who is from Romlus, Michigan, scored his first career NAHL goal to put Austin up 1-0 in the second period and Alex Mella, who is from Stamford, Connecticut, scored his second goal of the season to make it 2-0 in the third.
The Bobcats out-shot Austin 13-4 in the third and they pulled within a goal when Adam Stacho scored with 1:09 left in the game.
