One injured in multiple car crash

A woman was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System-Austin after a multiple car accident on Friday.
According to Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger, officers responded to an accident call on Friday at 4:15 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Oakland Avenue.
Officers found a white 2001 Ford Ranger pick-up, driven by a 66 year-old-man with heavy front end damage. The truck had struck a brown/tan 2000 Oldsmobile Sport Van, which in turn struck a 2017 Honda Odyssey.
The passenger of the Oldsmobile, a 42-year-old woman, was sitting on the curve complaining of head, neck and back pain. She was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System-Austin by Gold Cross Ambulance Service.
The Ford Ranger and the Oldsmobile had to be towed. The Honda Odyssey was able to drive away from the scene.
