The Mower County Relay for Life committee is seeking members for a variety of committees in preparation for the July 28-29, 2018, event.

The committee meets at 5:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month at the Mower County Senior Center. Its next meeting is Oct. 4.

The 2018 event, held at the Mower County Fairgrounds, features teams and individuals who raise funds for cancer research. The annual event celebrates survivors and pays tribute to those who have passed. Organizers say its’s never too early to form a team and start fundraising.
