Norm and Julie Kearney of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, along with Lee and Jill Gooder of Cresco, Iowa, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Katie Kearney and Zachary Gooder.

Katie is a 2009 graduate of Southwestern High School in Hazel Green and a 2012 graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Wheeling, Illinois. She is employed at Oneota Valley Family Eye Care in Decorah, Iowa.

Zach is a 2010 graduate of Crestwood High School in Cresco and a 2012 graduate of North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, Iowa. He is employed by Koshatka Farm Equipment Inc. in Protivin, Iowa.

Katie is the granddaughter of Gary Kearney and Carol Kearney of Hazel Green and the late Charles and Phyllis Hoppman.

Zach is the grandson of Don and Rosie Gooder of Cresco and Jolene and the late Jack Beddow of Brownsdale, Minnesota.

Katie and Zach reside in Cresco. Their marriage ceremony will take place in November.
