Wasihun Birshole Ababoro, 42, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor malicious punishment of a child. He must follow several conditions.
Dallas Clinton Britt, 32, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of 17 months for felony violent felon possessing of using tear gas/stun gun. He must serve five years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,585 in fines. The sentencing is concurrent with another case.
Woodruff Nathaniel Easley, III, 49, of Albert Lea was sentenced to 97 days in jail for felony check forgery-make or alter a check more than $250 and not more than $2,500. He must serve five years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $295.33 in fines. He received credit for 97 days served.
Juan Pedro Francisco, 32, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines.
Logan Michael Netzer, 34, of Albert Lea was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions.
Dominic Christopher Riles, 48, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 150 days for third-degree DWI. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $900 in fines. He received credit for three days served.
Joseph Allen Schlichter, 57, of Austin was sentenced to 39 days in jail for felony third-degree drug sales of a narcotic. He must serve 20 years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 39 days served.
Justin Anthony Vanbuskirk, 44, of Brownsdale was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for four days served.
