— Scott Richard Anderson, 44, was sentenced to stayed jail term of 180 days for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, a gross misdemeanor. He must serve one year of unsupervised probation and pay a $300 fine.

—Michael Dean Danielson, 56, Mapleview, Minn., was sentenced to a jail term of 180 days, 178 days stayed, two days credit for time served, for DWI, refusal to submit to chemical test, a gross misdemeanor. He will serve four years of supervised probation, 40 hours of Sentence to Service, and 28 days with a home monitor. He must also meet a list of conditions and pay a $500 fine.

— Elijah Raymond George, 19, Austin, was sentenced to stayed jail term of a 180 days for DWI, operating a motor vehicle, alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. a gross misdemeanor. He must serve one year of probation, meet a list of conditions, and pay a $500 fine.

— Crystal Renee Havelick, 41, Austin, was sentenced to a jail term of 180 days, 178 days stayed, two days credit for time served, for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, a gross misdemeanor. She must serve one year supervised probation, meet a list of conditions, and pay a $900 fine.

— Angel Luis Hernandez, 23, Austin, was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for DWI, operating a motor vehicle, alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours, a gross misdemeanor. He must serve one year of supervised probation, a list of conditions and a $500 fine.

— Francisco Luna, 24, Austin, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for predatory offender failure to register, a felony.

—Patrick Eugene Nelson, 50, Austin, was given a stay of imposition for third-degree assault, a felony. He was given 174 days in jail, with credit for time served of 174 days, must serve five years supervised probation, and meet a list of conditions.

— Po Reh, 32, St. Paul, Minn., was sentenced to a jail sentence of 180 days, 176 days stayed, four days credit for time served for DWI, operating a motor vehicle, alcohol concentration .08 within two hours, a gross misdemeanor. He must serve one year of supervised probation, wear a home monitor for 26 days, meet a list of conditions and pay a $500 fine.

— Nicole Marie Tapp, 40, Rose Creek, Minn., was sentenced to a stayed jail sentence of 180 days for DWI, operating a motor vehicle, alcohol concentration .08 within two hours, a gross misdemeanor. She must serve one year of supervised probation, meet a list of conditions and pay a $900 fine.

— Curtis Lashon Wilkins, 39, Austin, was sentenced to a 180 days in jail, 178 days stayed, two days credit for time served, for DWI, refusal to submit to chemical test, a gross misdemeanor. He was given one year supervised probation, a home monitor for 28 days, a list of conditions and a $500 fine.

— Rudolf Wolphagen, 35, Austin, was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for DWI, operating a motor vehicle, alcohol concentration .08 within two days, a gross misdemeanor. He must serve one year supervised probation, a home monitor for 28 days, a list of conditions and a $500 fine.

— Charles Melvin Durham, 40, Austin, was sentenced to a stayed 365-day jail term for wrongfully obtaining assistance, theft of more than $5,000 by false statements/concealment/impersonation-felony, a gross misdemeanor. He must pay restitution with another person sentenced in the same incident of $59,230, serve two years of supervised probation and meet a list of conditions.

He was also sentenced to a stayed prison term of 17 months for storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child, a felony. He must serve five years of supervised probation, 40 hours of Sentence to Service, pay a $50 fine and meet a list of conditions.

— Kristina Marie Durham, 33, Austin, was sentenced to a stayed 365-day jail term for wrongfully obtaining assistance, theft of more than $35,000 by false statements/concealment/impersonation-felony, a gross misdemeanor. She must serve two years of supervised probation, pay restitution of $59,230, meet other conditions, and pay a $50 fine.

— Tiffany Nicole Gilley, 35, Austin, was sentenced to a 180-day jail term, 178 days stayed, for third-degree DWI, any amount schedule I/II drugs, a gross misdemeanor. She must also serve one-year supervised probation, a home monitor for 28 days, meet a list of conditions and pay a $300 fine.

— Marcus Todd Wright, 34, Grand Meadow, Minn., was sentenced to a stayed term of 365 days in jail for wrong obtaining assistance, theft by false statements/concealment/impersonation, a gross misdemeanor. He must also pay $5,000 restitution with another sentenced in the same incident, serve two years supervised probation, meet conditions and pay a $100 fine.

— Samantha Jo Wright, 32, Grand Meadow, was sentenced to a stayed term of 365 days in jail for wrongfully obtaining assistance, theft by false statements/concealment/impersonation, a gross misdemeanor. She must serve two years of supervised probation, pay restitution of $5,000 with another who was sentenced in the same incident, meet conditions and pay a $100 fine.
