Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly pulled a gun during an argument at a local gas station on Thursday.
According to Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger, a 61-year-old man came to the lobby of the police station at 11:30 a.m. Friday to report the incident.
The man told police that at 1:31 p.m. on Thursday he was at the Kwik-Trip on Fourth Street Northwest. He witnessed two individuals in a heated argument. When he told both of the individuals they were in the wrong, a black male involved in the argument went to a white SUV and removed a handgun from a box in the vehicle.
The man did not point the gun at him and no one was hurt in the incident.
Police contacted Kwik-Trip and reviewed the security footage, but were unable to get a license plate on the white SUV.
