In the middle of The Global Week of Student Prayer, on Wednesday morning a group of Southland School District students gathered at the high school flagpole to pray. They prayed for each other, their school and the district’s administration. The gathering was organized by Jordan Nielsen, a sophomore at Southland High School, pictured on the right end of the gathering. They also prayed for their community, nation, President Donald Trump, refugees and for peace throughout the world.
