—Antoine Davis, 19, of Austin was sentenced to two year of probation for gross misdemeanor carrying a BB gun in a public place. He must follow several conditions.
—Brittany Nicole Fielding, 23, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must serve two years of probation, perform 45 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $560 in fines. She received credit for two days served.
—Bradley Steven George, 41, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $410 in fines.
—Jason Michael Griese, 30, of Lansing was sentenced to a stayed prison term of 23 months for felony second-degree burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. He received a concurrent sentence of one stayed year in jail for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must spend 90 days in jail, serve 10 years of probation, perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 58 days served.
—Michael Patrick O’Connor, 50, of Elkton was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines.
—Kelly Dean Seberson, 52, of Albert Lea was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI-refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must serve one year of probation, perform 25 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $360 in fines.
—Garnys Layne Soto, 29, of Shakopee was sentenced to 19 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She received a concurrent sentence of 17 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession-subsequent offense.
—Elizabeth Rose Swoboda, 26, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. She received credit for one day served.
—Shalana Anne Underdahl, 26, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of 27 months for felony third-degree drug sales of a narcotic. She must serve 20 years of probation, perform 90 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.
