Cody Earl Wallace Dill, 25, of Austin was charged with three counts of felony third-degree drug sales of a narcotic on Thursday in Mower County District Court.

According to the court report, police met with a confidential informant who arranged heroin purchases from Dill on June 6, 7 and 14. In total, Dill sold the informant ¾ gram of heroin.

Police executed a search warrant on Wednesday of Dill’s residence in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue Northwest. Dill was arrested in the raid.

Dill’s initial appearance is scheduled on Oct. 12.
