Austin police are looking for suspects in two burglaries that occurred within a block of each other on Wednesday and Thursday.

According to Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger, officers responded to a burglary call at 11:15 a.m. in the 600 block of 11th Avenue Southwest.

The victim said the service door to the garage had been kicked in and an iPad, USB cord and coin purse were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Officers responded to a second burglary call at 6:54 a.m. Thursday at the 600 block of 12th Avenue Southwest.

The victim said an unknown person entered through the garage service door and stole a Nintendo Switch game console, several games and an Apple television device, a total value of $580.

Police have no suspects in either case.
