A man who allegedly fled from an agent’s office at Mower County Correctional Services after testing positive for drugs pleaded not guilty to felony failure to register as a predatory offender on Friday in Mower County District Court.

Robert Edward Collins, 41, of Rochester is awaiting trial on two other matters related to his failing to register as a predatory offender.

His hearing will be held on Aug. 31.
