To all my patients,

I am pleased (and somewhat saddened) to advise you that I have retired from Austin Oral Surgery/Southeastern MN Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (SEMOMS). My last day of practicing oral surgery was Aug. 25, 2017 (which was also a personal milestone date). After nearly three decades at SEMOMS, I am eager to pursue other activities.

SEMOMS intends to keep the Austin office open. Dr. Nancy McDermott, our new surgeon, and our other surgeons intend to staff the Austin office. There is no plan to close.

Thank you for your trust, support, referrals and friendship over these past 29 years. Austin is an outstanding community in which to live, work and raise a family. You have helped make me who I am. You are appreciated and will not be forgotten.
