Curtis Ray Eastman, 28, of Mauston, Wisconsin, formerly of Austin, Minnesota, went to heaven on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital-Madison.

Services: Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 4, 2017, at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin with Pastor Dale Christiansen officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service.

Interment: Interment will be at the Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.
