With the fall sports season around the corner, the Mayo Clinic Health System Express Care inside the Austin Hy-Vee is offering convenient athlete physicals.

Express Care is offering extended hours on weekdays and weekends, staying open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday through Friday and staying open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. No appointment is needed.

The athletic screenings are provided by Mayo Clinic Health System providers and meet the requirement for participation in sports by the Minnesota State High School Leagues. A sports physical form needs to be completed prior to the appointment.
