Boyd Tilford Sandum, 85, of Blaine, Minnesota, formerly of Austin, Minnesota, died Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Austin with Pastor James Groleau officiating. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Edgewood Senior Living in Blaine, Minnesota.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, at Worlein Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Military honors by American Legion Post 91 and VFW Post 1216.

Interment: Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis at a later date.
