Patrick R. Forte, 51, of Sartell, Minnesota, a former Austin, Minnesota, teacher, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on June 10, 2017.

Service: Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sartell, the Rev. Tim Boltes officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and one hour prior to the services Thursday at the church. The rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

Interment: Burial will be at Calvary Cemtery in Virginia, Minnesota, at a later date.

Funeral Home: Williams Dingmann Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, is in charge of arrangements.
