Della Rose Carlson, 91, of Omaha, Nebraska, formerly of Austin, Minnesota, died May 9, 2017.

Della and her children ran “The Hub” restaurant in Austin for many years. She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Kay; children, Kenneth Carlson, Gloria Scheer, Judy Dudas, David Carlson (Nancy), Donald Carlson Jr. (Shareen) and Barb Williams (Bob); 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Johnson and Norma Torgerson; and brothers, Kenneth and Noble Johnson.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on June 17, 2017, at Oakwood cemetery (North End) Austin. Luncheon to follow at The Hormel Historic Home.
