—Joshua David Bollinger, 39, of St. Cloud was sentenced to one year and 11 months in prison for felony theft – taking/driving a motor vehicle without consent. He was sentenced to a concurrent sentence of one year in jail for gross misdemeanor domestic assault.

—Menise Pearl Ford, 36, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana. She must follow several conditions.

—Navada Steven Hinchley, 20, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $200 in fines.

—Jonathan Donald Jenkins, 34, of Hayfield was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. He must serve four years of probation, follow several conditions, perform 100 hours of community service and pay $110 in fines.

—Julie Rae Mauer, 34, of Austin received an amended sentence of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions, perform 40 hours of community service and pay $50 in fines. She received credit for three days served.

—Jade Allen Okland, 23, of Lake Mills, Iowa, was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor fourth-degree burglary. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,470.40 in fines. He received credit for 134 days served.

—Elizabeth Renae Raimann, 26, of Austin was sentenced to 28 days in jail for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI – refusal to submit to a chemical test. She received a combined sentence of ten years of probation for two felony fifth-degree drug possession convictions. She must follow several conditions, perform 160 hours of community service and pay $385 in fines. She received credit for 28 days served.

—Gerardo Rivera, 43, of Claremont was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license – inimical to public safety. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines.

—Joshua James Williams, 36, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI – refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for two days served.
