Leonard and Darlene Darnell, of Brownsdale, Minnesota, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on June 17, 2017, with their family.

Leonard and Darlene were married on June 15, 1952, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in David City, Nebraska. They moved to Minnesota in 1957 to start farming. They had four children: Barb Ryan (Dave Ryan), Luann Darnell-Virk, Carol Smith (Alan Smith) and Dean Darnell (Tammy Darnell). There are 10 grandchildren and nine grandchildren
