Wanted: Maintenance/Repair Person to work 8 – 10 hours a week doing basic repairs and maintenance in Austin.

Duties might include: painting, carpet and window cleaning, light yard work, coordinating services with contractors, etc.

Must be over 18, have MN Driver’s License with good driving record and reliable vehicle, and pass background check.

Furnish own tools.

Starting wage $12 – $15/hr.
