The Southland softball team put up a good fight, but it lost to Chatfield (12-0 overall, 12-0 Three Rivers) 3-2 in Rose Creek Friday.

The Rebels (2-10 overall, 2-10 Three Rivers) had lost to Chatfield 14-0 on April 4.
