LaVerne H. Hansen, 92, formerly of Austin, died Jan. 12, 2017, at Ecumen Prairie Lodge Assisted Living in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church with the Rev. Karen Behling officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be Tuesday at the church, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Interment: Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery with Austin Post 91 American Legion and Olaf B. Damm Post 1216 Veterans of Foreign Wars in charge of military rites.

Funeral Home: Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
