—Julius Britten, 41, of Austin was sentenced to one year and six months in prison for felony failure to register as a predatory offender. He must pay a fine of $85.

—William Arthur Clennon, Jr., 33, of Austin was sentenced to one year and six months in prison for felony domestic assault. He received a concurrent sentence of one year and three months in prison for felony failure to appear on a felony charge.

—Semaj Maurice Dow, Jr., 19, of Austin was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for felony theft-taking/driving a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. He received a concurrent sentence of one year and one month in prison for felony fifth-degree drug sales. He must pay $1,410 in fines.

—Brandon Lee Dudley, 22, of Austin was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana.

—Enki Fernandez, 26, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one day for felony possession of stolen property valued more than $1,000. He was also sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one month for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana. He must serve 15 years probation, follow several conditions, perform 80 hours of community service and pay $385 in fines. He was re-sentenced in both cases for parole violations.

—Ezra Robert Hardy, 21, of Austin was sentenced to two years and ten months in prison for felony third-degree drug sale of a narcotic. He must pay $85 in fines.

—Dwight Devine Harper,  36, of Albert Lea was sentenced to one year and nine months in prison for felony fifth-degree assault. He received a concurrent sentence of one year in jail for gross misdemeanor obstruction of the legal process by resisting arrest. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 159 days served.

—Jonathan Matthew Hillman, 21, of Austin was sentenced to two years probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $100 in fines.

—Jerry Arthur Hoy, 45, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one month for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana. He received a concurrent sentence of one year stayed jail term for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years probation, follow several conditions, perform 40 hours of community service and pay $570 in fines. He received credit for 139 days served.

—John Randall Long, 51, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license. He must pay $200 in fines.

—Kelly Savalas McNeal, 39, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI failure to submit to a chemical test. He must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines.

—Chad Edmund Seyes, 47, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license. He must serve one year probation, follow several conditions and pay $310 in fines.

—Edward Terrill Stewart, 45, of Austin was sentenced to one year in jail for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. The sentence is concurrent with another case. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 60 days served.

—Bonnie Lee Sutton, 35, of Austin was sentenced to seven years and ten months in prison for a subsequent offense felony first-degree drug crime. She must pay $85 in fines.

—Nathan Everett Toney, 20, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions, and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for two days served.

—Kimberly Kay Wood, 47, of Austin was sentenced to ten years probation for felony check forgery for a check more than $2,500. She also received a sentence of ten years probation for felony theft-transfer of movable property without consent. She must follow several conditions, perform 80 hours of community service and pay $6,570 in fines. She was re-sentenced in both cases for parole violations.
